Gameplay Help

How to play

  • Guide the bouncing ball down through gaps in the rotating platforms.
  • Smash through breakable platform sections when your run has enough momentum.
  • Avoid spikes and other dangerous sections that end the run.
  • Reach the finish target to complete the level and continue.

If the game is not responding

  1. Close Helix Jump completely and open it again.
  2. Restart your device if the problem continues.
  3. Check that your device has enough free storage and is running a supported system version.
  4. Install the latest available version of the game.

Google Login & Leaderboard

Google login is used only to identify you and associate your scores with the Helix Jump leaderboard. PreBytes does not receive or store your Google password.

If Google login fails

  1. Confirm that your device is connected to the internet.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to a Google Account on the device.
  3. Update Google Play services and restart the game.
  4. Try the login again after restarting your device.
Your email is used only for authentication and leaderboard access. It is not used for newsletters, advertising, or marketing.

Leaderboard-Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Helix Jump leaderboard information by emailing info.aions@gmail.com.

Use the subject Helix Jump Data Deletion Request and include the Google sign-in email or player name connected to the leaderboard entry so the correct record can be located. Information in the request will be used only to process the deletion request.

Release Availability

The Google Play and Windows releases are currently marked as coming soon. Official download links will appear on the Helix Jump game page when builds are available.

Contact Support

When reporting a problem, include your device type, system version, game version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or other sensitive account information.
